Application & Lending Disclosures

The following disclosures apply to every application submitted through The Local Loan Store, a product of Monumental Funding Solutions LLC, including Get Pre-Qualified, Merchant Cash Advance, Short-Term Business Loan, and Commercial Real Estate application forms.

Secure & confidential applicationTLS-encrypted submission

Your application is transmitted over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection to our secure intake provider (Jotform) and shared only with underwriting staff and funding partners required to evaluate your request. We do not sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Commercial-purpose financing only. All loan, line-of-credit, merchant cash advance, and real-estate products offered through The Local Loan Store, a product of Monumental Funding Solutions LLC, are for bona fide business or commercial purposes and are not consumer loans. Products are not subject to the federal Truth in Lending Act (TILA), Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act (RESPA), or Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA) consumer protections. Business owners may be required to provide a personal guaranty.

Real-estate collateral disclosure. Commercial real-estate loans are secured by non-owner-occupied business or investment property. Rates, terms, LTV, DSCR, points, and fees vary by borrower, property type, occupancy, credit profile, market conditions, and program guidelines. Advertised rates “starting at 6%” represent the lowest tier for qualifying scenarios; your rate may be higher. All offers are subject to underwriting, appraisal, title, insurance, and investor approval. Not all applicants will qualify. This is not a commitment to lend.

Merchant cash advance / short-term working capital. A merchant cash advance is a purchase of future receivables, not a loan. Amounts, factor rates, holdback percentages, and remittance schedules are determined by underwriting and vary by business. Same-day funding is not guaranteed and depends on complete documentation, bank verification, and cut-off times. Early payoff does not necessarily reduce total repayment.

Credit authorization. By submitting an application you authorize The Local Loan Store, Monumental Funding Solutions LLC, and our funding partners to obtain consumer and/or business credit reports, verify bank statements and business information, and contact you by phone, SMS, and email (including autodialed or prerecorded messages) at the numbers you provide, regarding your application and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or financing. Message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out of SMS.

State disclosures. Commercial financing disclosure statements required by state law (including CA SB 1235, NY Commercial Finance Disclosure Law, VA, UT, GA, FL, CT, KS, and MO) will be provided in writing with any specific offer prior to consummation, where applicable. We do not currently accept applications for property or businesses located in California, Utah, or Alaska. Programs, availability, and terms are subject to change without notice and may not be available in every state.

Security & confidentiality

All applications are transmitted over HTTPS with TLS 1.2 or higher. Application data is collected by our intake provider (Jotform, SOC 2 Type II) and stored in access-controlled systems. Access to applicant information is limited to authorized staff of Monumental Funding Solutions LLC and to funding partners under written confidentiality obligations for the sole purpose of evaluating your request.

We do not sell your personal information. We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the confidentiality and integrity of the non-public personal and business information you provide, consistent with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) Safeguards Rule as applicable to commercial financing activities.
